Celia C. Hall, C.P.A., P.A. was formed in 1987 by Celia Hall, its president, and Pam Meador, its vice president. The Firm is a sophisticated tax practice geared toward high-income individuals, trusts and estates, and small businesses. We also provide accounting services and offer Client's Bookkeeping Solution, uniquely designed software to simplify clients' day-to-day bookkeeping and checkwriting needs. Celia has been a C.P.A. in the Tampa Bay area since the mid 1970s. She has an extensive tax background and works predominantly in the areas of tax research/planning/preparation for individuals, trusts and estates; tax and accounting services to small businesses; and litigation support services/expert witness primarily in the trust and probate areas. She personally oversees and is involved in all tax and accounting services to clients. Pam has a B.A. in business administration with a major in finance. She has owned and/or managed a small business locally since 1972. Pam oversees all administrative functions of the Firm, including client relations, practice development, and billing/collections. Also, in view of her management background, she sometimes works with our small business clients in an advisory capacity. Because of Celia's personal involvement with all clients and our commitment to quality and timely services, we find it necessary to limit the number and types of clients we accept. We and our staff believe that our service philosophy, firm structure, and Celia's personal involvement in technical services assure the achievement of our goal and put us in a position to consistently meet the needs and high expectations of our clients.
